We have a dedicated team that will manage your end-user deliveries from start to finish. Liaising directly with your customer we can ensure that your vehicle is delivered in accordance with the customers expectations. From the moment that your job is booked onto our system we will ensure that all appropriate collection and delivery information has been captured and relayed to our driver.

How much will my movement cost?
This is dependant on the mileage from collection point to delivery point, exclusive of VAT, fuel required and any ad-hoc extras i.e. tolls, washes etc. Please call 01977 519719 for a quotation, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Quotes can also be obtained directly from the D.O.R.I.S. system if you have access.
When is the soonest you can delivery my vehicle?
We normally request 2 clear working days notice to plan in your movement, but if your request is urgent then please contact a member of the team on 01977 519719 and we will see if we can help you.
How do I send the movement details to you?
The majority of our customer book jobs on themselves directly onto the D.O.R.I.S. system. To obtain a user log-in then please either ring 01977 519719 or email email@example.com. Please ensure that you provide full collection and delivery contact details (included dates) and the full vehicle details to be collected.
How will I know that the vehicle has been collected / delivered?
The D.O.R.I.S. system will show you all collections and delivery information in real time. You will also receive an email containing a Proof of Collection note immediately on collection, and also one containing a Proof of Delivery note immediately on delivery. This email also includes ALL photographs that the driver has taken using the bespoke driver application, so you will have a copy of any delivery paperwork within minutes of the customer signing it.
